One Indivisible Presence Association is an unincorporated, non-government, tax-exempt, non-profit private association under Crown Law.

This site and its contents, products and services are for freewill use by living men and women who are drawn to alchemy to improve their own lives and by extension the lives of others.

All content, products and services adhere to the principle of primum non nocere (do no harm)

All use of this site, contents, products and services constitutes a private agreement between One Indivisible Presence and the living man or woman* who is the user.

*”living man” and “living woman” are legal terms rather than popularised language use pertaining to gender identity. 

Use is at the user’s discretion and the user assumes full responsibility for their life choices and the consequences of those choices.

No liability is accepted.

Payment is required before delivery of services unless prior arrangement  / payment plan has been approved.

Any conflict is to be addressed in writing to contact@gisellejennaway.com and resolved privately.

Only remedies governed by Crown Law may be applied in the event of not being able to resolve any conflict privately.

Waiver of responsibility:
I agree that I am of sound mind, making a sovereign choice to experience the benefits of Alchemy and Psych-K as I examine and change my relationship to my life experience.
I understand Alchemy helps me to see what IS – beyond my conditioned belief systems and build a new relationship to reality.
I understand Psych-K is a simple, powerful toolkit that assists me to access and embody my own wisdom – neutralising historical stresses in the body/psyche and inputting new beliefs – and that Giselle works with me to access my own innate knowing that is not readily available to my conscious mind.
While Giselle is a highly skilled facilitator who has crafted ways for me to explore and take ownership of my experience and potential with the utmost care – I agree that all results from the use of these recordings are my own responsibility.

Legal disclaimer:
I acknowledge that Giselle does not offer money back guarantees or refund purchases for change of mind. In the unlikely event of a dispute I agree that we will resolve it between us through respectful personal email communication.
I understand that Giselle offers classes, programs and private sessions through One Indivisible Presence Association, a not-for-profit association wholly in the private under Crown Law. This agreement to work together directly or indirectly is between private, sovereign humans (living men or living women).
